The "Moosiah" was crucified on Mount Rainier
I am so sorry. This was my lame attempt to be witty. Danny Musovski will miss the last two Leagues Cup matches due to suspension

Seattle Sounders striker, Danny Musovski, was suspended for an additional match after bumping into referee, Juan Gabriel Calderon, and getting himself sent off in the 77th minute in Wednesday's League Cup quarterfinal match against Club Puebla. Musovski was already due to miss the semifinal against the LA Galaxy while serving his suspension. However, the Leagues Cup Disciplinary Committee tacked on an extra game, and he will miss the third-place game/final on the 30th.
Before his red card, Danny Musovski had been growing increasingly agitated with the admittedly piss poor officiating by Calderon. The play that finally sent Musovski over the edge came in the 77th minute when he smoked the defender and dribbled into the box, but got his hand into the face of Club Puebla's Nicolas Diaz. Getting hit in the face will always hurt, but Diaz was selling the hell out of it like most of the Puebla players were all evening. Calderon immediately called the foul and then showed Musovski a yellow. Then, in a fit of rage, Musovski sprang up from the ground, took a couple of steps, and then bumped the referee chest-to-chest.
“Everyone was getting agitated,” Sounders head coach Brian Schmetzer said during the post match presser when asked about Musovski. “The referee wasn’t great. Everyone was on edge. [Musovski] doesn’t need to go over the edge.
The Sounders will now be missing not only two of their DPs, but also two of the club's top goal scorers in Musovski (12) and Albert Rusnak (12) for the last two Leagues Cup matches. Rusnak has yet to train since suffering a hamstring injury last month. It'll be up to Osaaze de Rosario, Pedro de la Vega, and Jesus Ferreira to step up and secure CONCACAF Champions Cup qualification for the Sounders. On the plus side, Danny Musovski will be available for selection for MLS games. Not that anyone had to worry, because red cards don't carry over.
Who will play up top?

The obvious answer is Osaze de Rodario, who has been Musovski's backup while Jordan Morris has been out. Jesus Ferreria was expected to be the backup striker, but his performances at the 9 have been shocking at best. In the Sounders' current system, he's better suited to playing at the 10 or on the right, moving into those half spaces that he loves to operate in. If things had gone their way this summer, the Sounders would have probably deployed their shiny new U22 striker in these last two games, had they actually been able to get anyone. But alas, we have DeRo, who, while mostly unproven at the top level, still (half a season is not enough of a sample size to prove that he is), is very much a serviceable option for the Sounders to lead the line. He'll just need a lot of creative players around him to really create those chances for him.
My initial thoughts on the incident after watching the match:

- Danny Musovski completely lost the plot. He was getting destroyed out there, but that doesn’t warrant that kind of reaction. Everyone could see he was reaching his boiling point, yet somehow, Brian didn’t see it. Mismanagement from everyone involved.
One last quote from Schmetz:
“I had a private conversation with Danny, and that’s going to stop.”
